Open Positions

IT Support Technician

Title:  IT Support Technician

Hours: Full-time; approximately 40 hours per week, including occasional opportunities for voluntary overtime.  Normal working hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with one (1) hour off for lunch.

Role and Responsibilities: Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Install and configure computer & printer hardware & software
  • Monitor and maintain file servers and computer network
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose & resolve hardware and software faults
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and support requests
  • Perform network administration, setup accounts for new users
  • Maintain company website in coordination with next level support
  • Assess issues, escalate to next level support when appropriate

What We’re Looking For: Excellent written and oral communication skills.  Ability to “connect the dots” and formulate a logical course of action.  Proficient in administration and use of Windows OS, Microsoft Office programs, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.  Preferred: Ability to provide solutions using CSS and HTML coding.  Must be cannabis-friendly; cannabis industry knowledge is a plus.

Physical Requirements: Sitting, standing, walking, squatting, bending, hearing, reading information on computer screen, typing on computer keyboard, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Licenses & Certifications Required:One or two-year diploma or certificate (or equivalent) in Computer Science or relevant field.  Certification will be an advantage (e.g. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or MEF Carrier Ethernet Certified Professional (MEF-CECP) certification).  Valid state of Alaska driver’s license, with clean driving record, and able to pass a background check.

Equipment Used: Personal computers, volt-ohm meter, cable tracer, and various software tools.

Compensation: $18.00 to $25.00 per-hour depending upon qualifications, PLUS MONTHLY PROFIT SHARING BONUS.

    Graphic Designer

    Title:  Graphic Designer

    Hours: Full-time; approximately 40 hours per-week, including occasional voluntary overtime opportunities. Work week lasts from Monday to Friday. Normal working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. everyday with one hour off for lunch.

    Role and Responsibilities: Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following.

    • Assemble & review incoming packaging and labeling orders.
    • Design custom packaging & labels using graphics & labeling software.
    • Creation of media, including photos & videos.
    • Assist customers by providing solutions to their business challenges.
    • Create logos, branding materials, & marketing collateral.
    • Print regulatory compliant labels, perform monthly inventory.
    • Create social media posts, and website content.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to “connect the dots” and follow a logical course of action to achieve goals.
    • Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs.
    • Proficiency using graphics software including Illustrator and Photoshop.
    • Able to multi-task and work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
    • Must be cannabis-friendly; cannabis industry knowledge is a plus.
    • Graphic arts experience.
    • Degree in Graphic Design or related subject.
