The DBK Process
01. Initiating a DBK
We discuss in advance which packaging types you would need, as well as the size and type of labels you’d like applied for each product. We then provide you with an order form in a spreadsheet file, which is pre-loaded with your products, their packaging and labeling, and their pricing. Once the form is filled out, e-mail it to us at orders@jkdbrands.com. We’ll confirm receipt of your order within one business day.
02. Label Design
Our talented Design Team then puts together the files for your order. We can entirely design labels for you, or use an existing design. We’ll conduct an internal quality control review and can even provide proofs for your approval before printing. Once the proofs are approved, the order is considered finalized and ready for production. Please note that any further changes may incur additional costs.
03. Printing
Your labels are printed in-house with rich, vibrant color and in high quality– up to 1600 dpi! We offer many different kinds of labels including glossy, matte, water-resistant, biodegradable, and thermal transfer. Depending on the quantity, finish, and size of your label order, printing times may vary.
04. Application
We have a variety of machines and equipment to take on label application jobs of any size. Bags, boxes, tubes, jars – the list goes on, and we can do it all! We’ll make sure everything is done precisely to your specifications. Already have packaging but need labels applied? We’ll do it for you!
