Vape Product Order Process
To Our Valued Customers:
Due to recent changes in federal, state, and local regulations regarding shipment of vape products, we are changing our process for selling vape products. All vape products will only be sold on an in-store pick-up basis; JKD Brands will no longer be shipping vape products. Effective immediately, JKD Brands will collect and record the following information for every vape product transaction.
| Customer Information | Company Name, Company Address, E-mail, and Telephone Number |
| Full Name, Residential Address, Driver License Number, E-mail & Telephone Number of Person picking up or receiving each vape product order. | |
| Photocopy of the Driver’s License of the person picking up or receiving each vape product order. | |
| NOTE: The person picking up or receiving the order must be over 21 years of age. | |
| Product information | Vendor Name, Product Description, Vendor’s Model Number, JKD Item Number |
| Quantity of each Vape Product item Ordered | |
| Price Per-Piece paid to JKD Brands by our customer | |
| Total Order Price paid to JKD Brands by our customer |
Please advise your employees to have the above-listed information readily available when they come to pick up vape product orders at JKD Brands.
All vape product orders must be structured as stand-alone orders separate and apart from non-vape product orders. Vape product orders may contain only the following items.
- Vape Batteries
- Vape Cartridges and Mouthpieces
- Flavorings and Terpenes which can be used in vape liquids
- Any other Products which can be used to vape
- Devices that require vapor in order to function
Vape products must be ordered separately from non-vape products, invoiced separately, and placed in a box with the following label.
